We trade permitted goods as principal and introduce buyers to the owners of high-value equipment — our primary focus is power generation — with our role and fee recorded in writing before we are engaged on an introduction.

Every activity remains subject to applicable licensing, product approvals, customs classification, export controls, sanctions screening and destination requirements. Technical, installation and engineering work is performed only by separately engaged providers, whose licensing the client should confirm.

We check the enquiry against our own licensing, sanctions and export-control obligations and confirm the role we can take. Each party remains responsible for its own counterparty and compliance due diligence.
For general trade we prepare a supply route and quotation. For high-value opportunities we record the introduction terms in writing before disclosing any counterparty's identity.
The relevant parties confirm title, condition, specifications, pricing and contract terms before any transaction.
