Who we are

Information we collect
The enquiry form collects your name, company, work email, enquiry route, category, brief and language, together with the submission time and a reference number. We also process limited technical information to prevent spam and abuse. The enquiry register uses a pseudonymous technical key derived from connection information for rate limiting and does not retain the raw IP address in the enquiry record.
Do not include identity documents, bank details, sensitive personal information or another party’s confidential records in an initial enquiry. The form does not accept attachments.
Other people named in your brief. If your brief names other individuals (for example a contact at the asset owner), you confirm you may share their details with us. We use them only to progress your enquiry and, when we first contact them, we tell them where we obtained their details and point them to this notice.
How we use the information
We use the data to register, assess and answer the enquiry; discuss a possible engagement; screen commercial fit and compliance; protect the website; and manage related correspondence, records and claims. Depending on the circumstances, processing is based on the permission you give, steps you request before a possible contract, legitimate operational and security needs, and legal duties.
Submitting the form does not subscribe you to a newsletter or marketing list, and we do not sell enquiry-form data.
Hosting and international processing
The website is hosted on Vercel, the enquiry register is held in a Supabase database inside the European Union, and enquiry notifications are delivered through Resend. In practice: our website functions run on Vercel in India; the register is stored by Supabase in Germany; notification emails are sent by Resend, a US company, from its Japan region to our mailbox in the UAE. We rely on each provider’s data-processing agreement, which includes standard contractual clauses for international transfers; ask us through the form for a copy. IT providers and professional advisers may access information where necessary. We share relevant enquiry details with a prospective counterparty only where needed for the requested route and with appropriate authorisation, or where disclosure is required by law.
We do not add advertising pixels or marketing analytics to these pages. The hosting platform may use storage or cookies needed for operation, security and access control.
Retention and security
We retain the enquiry, the notification email we receive and related correspondence. An enquiry that does not lead to an engagement is kept for 24 months after our last exchange and then deleted. Where an engagement follows, the enquiry is kept with the transaction file for five years after the relationship ends, as UAE commercial-records law requires, or longer only while a claim is open. Access controls, rate limiting and field validation protect the register, although no transmission or storage method can be guaranteed absolutely secure.
Your rights and contact
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection or portability, and withdraw consent where consent is the basis for processing. Legal exceptions and identity-verification requirements may apply. For a privacy question or request, use the enquiry form and select ‘Complaint, privacy or legal request’ (choose any route; if you are acting personally, enter ‘Individual’ as the company), or call +971 50 865 0003. Include your reference number if available. We reply within one month. You may also complain to the UAE Data Office or, if you are in the EU or UK, to your local data protection authority.
